Bill Russell is a former Penn State University faculty research physicist and has held high level positions in several international research & development laboratories. Most recently, he was the consulting physicist for a NASA sponsored research and development project through Penn State University.

In attempting to better understand the implications of  discoveries in modern physics, he has studied with numerous dowsers, psychic researchers and master Shamans from various world traditions for many years. In particular, he has been trained by the Kahuna shamans of Hawaii for over 15 years.

His current interest is combining the concepts of the physicist, shaman, dowser, life force energy worker and radionics practitioner to develop new tools and techniques for healing, communicating with nature, and expanding our human potential. He leads workshops and speaks on these topics across the US and internationally.

He is a member of the American Society of Dowsers, the Canadian Society of Dowsers, Aloha International, Toronto Society of Dowsers, The Ozark Research Institute of Mind Power Studies and The United States Psychotronics Association. He is a frequent writer, speaker and workshop leader for most of these organizations.
