FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTS
The fundamental platform for the operation of Intentronic instruments is based on Shamanic thinking. However, it may be easier and faster to explain Intentronics by examining concepts and techniques from other areas of mental and metaphysical harmonizing methods along with shamanic concepts. We can look at these fundamentals as a collection of ideas and methods. Some of these are:
1) Dowsing
While the conscious mind is restricted in time and space, we assume that the subconscious mind has access to all knowledge and information. It knows the condition of a person, place or thing anywhere in time and space. Dowsing is a way for the subconscious mind to communicate this universal knowledge to the conscious mind. In effect, an agreement is made with the subconscious mind to answer questions by body responses too subtle for the conscious mind to correct. Dowsing tools amplify these subtle movements for a clear "read out" response.
Dowsing can not only be used to receive information, but modern dowsers are learning that these energies can be broadcast, too. Dowsers are learning that their intent can have a strong effect on underground water sources, for example.
Intentronic instruments are dowsing accessories. They provide a way to establish a clear intent and to hold a strong focus for the dowser. Each instrument has a "dowsing plate," or designated place for performing the dowsing reading. The operator may choose any dowsing method that is effective for them. Please remember that the dowsing response can take up to a couple of seconds to register, so operating the instruments slowly, at least initially, is important. It's easy to bypass the correct dial setting by turning the dials too fast.
Some of the useful dowsing methods:
The "Stick" technique of Radionics. By this dowsing method, you simply rub your fingers over the designated dowsing plate and feel for a change of friction. A sudden "Stick" or increase in friction indicates a dowsing response. This method provides a very fast response, but can be difficult for many operators to learn.
The Pendulum technique. A simple pendulum consists of a weight at the end of a string. When a prearranged movement is noticed over the dowsing plate, you have a response. While the pendulum responds slowly, it is a method that many dowsers have learned to use.
The "L Rod" technique of water dowsers. You hold an easily swiveling L shaped rod over the dowsing target. When it swings to the right or left, you have a dowsing response. Many dowsers learn to use this tool. For many users, it responds faster than the pendulum, but is not the fastest tool..
The "Bobber" dowsing technique. A "bobber" is a springy type of dowsing rod that responds to dowsing by bouncing in the hands of the dowser as a read out signal. It is not very popular among dowsers, but is similar in speed to the pendulum.
The "Hand Dowsing" technique. Many people can learn to sensitize the palm of the hand for dowsing. A tingling, vibration, sense of warmth or cold, etc. provide the dowsing response. This is a very fast response method, but many people cannot do it.
Miscellaneous dowsing methods. The ancient "forked stick" is not recommended because it requires two hands. To use Intentronic instruments, you need one hand to dowse and one to turn the dials.
Some dowsers have learned to produce various body responses for dowsing, such as twitching eyelids, tingling ears, etc. These are good for Intentronic use, if you know how to do them.
2) Ritual
Intentronic instruments are ritual tools. Ritual is a powerful method of affecting
reality. It provides a way to directly program the subconscious mind. The conscious
mind thinks rationally. It's thinking is based on what it believes to be real. However,
the subconscious mind does not think rationally -
there is no difference between the thing and the symbol of the thing. In shamanic thinking, our experience of reality is based on the thought patterns accepted by the subconscious mind. Those experiences, real or imagined, with the strongest sensory impressions become the accepted subconscious belief patterns. They determine the daily reality we perceive.
To perform effective ritual, the senses need to be strongly stimulated through intentional focus on sight, sound, movement, imagery, words and feelings. Intentronic instruments provide some of these stimuli. Simply put, these instruments permit the operator to define, focus and hold their intent through strong sensory symbolic action. A simple candle flame has been used in many traditions to focus and stimulate the subconscious mind.
3) Symbol power
We can also think of Intentronics as an extrapolation of Radionic principles. A discovery of Dr. Abrhams' early in the 1900s, Radionics is a system of reading and balancing energy disharmonies at a distance. The technology has evolved into sophisticated and often expensive instruments. While illegal to use in most states of the US, health practitioners in many other countries commonly employ it.
Radionics uses a series of numbers, called the "Rate" number, to symbolize a specific energy state in a distant subject. The Rate is determined by turning labeled dials until a "stick" or increase of friction is felt in the fingers on a "stick plate", or defined dowsing surface. From a dowser's point of view, the "stick" is simply a dowsing response, although many radionic practitioners consider it to be the result of an energy effect in the stick plate. To affect the energy balance of the distant subject, the symbolic radionic rate number is manipulated through the radionic instrument. In radionics, symbolic energy states are symbolized mainly as rate numbers.
